Fresh reports in US media claimed that Iran moved several military aircraft to Pakistan during the recent US-Iran conflict.
The aircraft were reportedly shifted to Nur Khan Airbase near Islamabad.
According to CBS News, unnamed US officials alleged that Pakistan allowed Iranian aircraft to use the airbase to avoid possible American strikes.
The report said one of the aircraft was an Iranian Air Force RC-130 surveillance plane.
The latest Pakistan Iran airbase report has triggered political discussion across the region.
However, no public satellite evidence has yet confirmed the aircraft movement claims.
Pakistan Rejects The Allegations
Pakistan has strongly denied the report involving Nur Khan Airbase.
A senior Pakistani official dismissed the claims as unrealistic and unverified.
The official reportedly told CBS News that Nur Khan Airbase is located in a highly visible urban area near Rawalpindi.
He argued that large foreign aircraft movements could not remain hidden from the public.
Pakistan has publicly maintained a neutral diplomatic position during the recent Iran-US tensions.
Islamabad also attempted to present itself as a mediator during ceasefire discussions.

No Independent Confirmation Yet
At present, no independent international agency has verified the alleged transfer of Iranian military aircraft to Pakistan.
Most reports currently rely on unnamed US officials quoted by CBS News.
Some regional outlets repeated the claims after the CBS report became public.
However, official evidence has not been released by Washington or Islamabad.
Analysts say the story remains sensitive because of Pakistan’s strategic ties with both Iran and the United States.
Any confirmed military cooperation could increase diplomatic pressure on Islamabad.
Nur Khan Airbase Holds Strategic Importance
Nur Khan Airbase is one of Pakistan’s most important military aviation facilities.
The base supports transport and refuelling operations for the Pakistan Air Force.
The airbase gained international attention after India’s reported strikes during the 2025 India-Pakistan conflict.
Several global reports described it as a strategically sensitive installation.
The current Pakistan Iran airbase report has now added fresh attention to the military facility.
Regional governments continue to monitor developments linked to the Iran crisis closely.
